3. You agree not to share and/or resell to anyone, whether paid or unpaid, any portion of the product/services, or access of the product/services.
4. All of the animated graphics and information contained in the product/services are provided without warranty of any kind. i-tutor.net hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including but not limited to all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and their accuracy. In no event will i-tutor.net be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the loss of use of the product/services.
5. Periodical changes will be added to the lessons and animated graphics and other contents, to make constant improvements in the product/services, without notice and/or any reference to you.
6. Your account will be activated within 10 days upon receipt of payment.
7. By clicking 'I Accept', you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the Terms and Conditions stipulated in this agreement which constitutes a legally binding written agreement under applicable laws and regulations.
