All of the animated graphics and information contained in the product/services are provided without warranty of any kind. i-tutor.net hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including but not limited to all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and their accuracy. In no event will i-tutor.net be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the loss of use of the product/services.

5. Periodical changes will be added to the lessons and animated graphics and other contents, to make constant improvements in the product/services, without notice and/or any reference to you.

6. Your account will be activated within 5 days upon receipt of payment.

7.
